Deborah Rothschild, MS began her fitness career in 2003 as a Certified Personal Trainer and has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Lead Trainer, Group Fitness & Pilates Manager, Fitness Director, and Sports & Wellness Director. Her specializations include: ACE-Senior Fitness Specialist & Brain Health Trainer, NFPT-Cancer Recovery Specialist, BHOF-BoneFit Instructor, and Parkinson Wellness Recovery-PWR!Moves Instructor. She is the owner of Tough Agers, LLC, a virtual and on-location fitness company that specializes in working with older adults of all fitness levels and capabilities.
Rosie Malaghan, MS has almost 20 years of experience teaching and counseling, both virtually and live, all aspects of fitness, yoga, leadership, and organizational development. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Development and served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rhode Island. She is an ERYT and C-RYT, ACE CPT, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She holds several SCW certifications from Group Ex to Personal Training and Aquatics. Rosie currently serves on the Fitness Team at Trilogy Orlando, an active aging community in central Florida.

Ruston Webb, has over 24 years in the fitness industry, and holds a Masters Degree in Human Movement. He founded The Mobility Recipe, a revered certification for fitness professionals, and developed transformative programs targeting knee, back, and shoulder pain, enhancing client well-being and performance. Patrick Mummy earned a baseball scholarship to San Diego State University & graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. He founded Symmetry for Health & was awarded a patent on a measurable system for postural assessment and corrective exercise – AlignSmart Technology. Patrick has written three books, the latest – “The Physics of Pain; becoming Pain-Free”. He has spoken on the subject of postural assessment at multiple conferences & corporations.
